Community-based public mural project completed for Baltimore’s “Mighty Park.” Over the course of 10+ years, this neighborhood effort has used crowdfunding and local support to purchase empty lots in the Gwynns Falls area, where they have led clean-up efforts, built community gardens, funded this mural, and engaged local children in leadership roles. After this mural was painted, they received additional funding from the city for a playground.
